Home 4 Healing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable, safe, and supportive housing solutions for blood cancer and stem cell transplant patients receiving treatment in Rochester, Minnesota. Founded by two friends who experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating cancer treatment and extended housing needs, Home 4 Healing works to ease the financial and emotional burden placed on patients and their families. Through housing assistance, community support, and partnerships with healthcare providers, the organization helps create a true home away from home so patients can focus on what matters most: healing and recovery.
The Community Table is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity in the Chippewa Valley by serving free, nutritious meals to anyone in need, 365 days a year. As Eau Claire’s only meal service center, The Community Table provides a safe, welcoming environment where individuals and families can receive a hot meal with no questions asked. Through the support of volunteers, local businesses, community organizations, and donors, the organization not only addresses hunger but also fosters connection, dignity, and access to additional community resources for those facing difficult circumstances.
Country Jam Selected Charities
Sofas for Service is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans and their families create safe, comfortable homes by providing essential furniture and household items at no cost. Based in Altoona, Wisconsin, the organization collects donated furnishings and distributes them to veterans transitioning into stable housing or facing financial hardship. By transforming empty living spaces into welcoming homes, Sofas for Service helps restore dignity, stability, and a sense of belonging for those who have served our country. The organization currently serves veterans throughout Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota, relying on community support and donations to make a lasting impact in the lives of local heroes.
Feed My People Food Bank is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending hunger across west central Wisconsin by providing nutritious food and essential resources to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Through a network of more than 250 partner programs, including food pantries, meal sites, shelters, and community organizations, Feed My People distributes millions of pounds of food each year throughout a 14-county service area. Beyond food distribution, the organization works to strengthen communities through innovative hunger-relief programs, volunteer engagement, and partnerships that ensure everyone has access to the nourishment they need to thrive.

Partnership with Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute
America is turning 250, and we’re throwing a birthday party the Chippewa Valley will never forget. Country Jam and Summer Jam are teaming up to make sure this milestone is about more than just great music—it’s about saying a meaningful "thank you" to our veterans.
To celebrate our nation’s big day, we’re opening the gates to the men and women who have served. Every retired and active-duty veteran is eligible for a free ticket to Country Jam and Summer Jam. It’s our way of showing appreciation for the people who’ve protected the freedoms we’re out here celebrating. This offer will launch through a partnership with GovX or Vet Tix and veterans who are interested should sign up for our newsletter and follow our socials for upcoming details.
We’re also turning your ticket into a tribute. For every qualifying ticket sold*, we’re donating $35 directly to the Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute.
This money goes straight into their match campaign to help build the brand-new Vietnam Veterans and Korean War Veterans Memorials. Your weekend will last a lifetime and now your donation can help honor our veterans permanently too.
Field of Flags
Be part of something meaningful this summer in the Chippewa Valley with the Field of Flags, a powerful tribute honoring our local veterans and first responders. For a $60 donation, your dedicated flag will be displayed across Summer Jam, Country Jam, and the Chippewa Valley Veterans Tribute Trail, while supporting the creation of new Vietnam and Korean Veterans Memorials.
